Do you prefer to lead or follow? Or neither?.
This is interesting – because the opportunity often arose to be a leader. The first time was at summer camp when I was 12 yrs old. In swimming events and running events the other kids seemed to look to me for advise on how best to tackle situations. I did not wish to be a leader but I also did not mind being a suto mentor of sorts. I think it has a lot to do with having a look of confidence.
